What is a Backyard Ultra?
A Backyard Ultra is a last-person-standing endurance race. You will run a 6.7 km loop every hour, on the hour. When the next hour starts, you must begin the next loop.

If you fail to start on time, you are out.
If you cannot complete the loop within the hour, you are out.
If you choose to stop, you are out.

The race continues until only one runner remains. That runner is the winner.

This is not about speed. It is about endurance, consistency, and mental strength.
